Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager in CDMX, to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Main deliverables:
- Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources (i.e. engineering, marketing, partners, etc.)
- Use your solution based selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential in order to create a strategic, long-term partnership with our customers.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets by selling Prysmian Group products within an assigned subset of major account/customer or vertical market.
- Formalize a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designed market sector(s).
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong preference for hunter mentality/approach to sales
- Ideally 5-8 years of direct sales experience
- Proven sales track record, ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from end users to C level
- Demonstrated ownership and self-sufficiency in all aspects of territory management
- CRM experience and strong customer references
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
