Objetivo

Asegurar la correcta y oportuna facturación, aplicación de pagos y gestión de cobranzas, contribuyendo a la optimización del flujo de efectivo de la empresa y al cumplimiento de políticas financieras, manteniendo relaciones sólidas y profesionales con los clientes.

Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Emitir y registrar facturas a clientes de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Aplicar y conciliar pagos recibidos (transferencias, cheques, tarjetas, etc.).
  • Dar seguimiento a saldos pendientes y gestionar la cobranza según los plazos establecidos.
  • Mantener comunicación con los clientes para resolver discrepancias, aclaraciones y temas de pago.
  • Preparar reportes de antigüedad de saldos (aging) y análisis de cuentas por cobrar.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y requisitos fiscales relacionados con ingresos.
  • Apoyar en conciliaciones contables y en el proceso de cierre mensual.
  • Mantener documentación organizada para auditorías internas y externas.
  • Colaborar con áreas comerciales, de crédito y contabilidad para optimizar el ciclo de cobro.
Conocimientos y habilidades
  • 2-3 años de experiencia
  • Carrera Profesional terminada en Finanzas, contabilidad o a fin.
  • Sistema ERP: SAP módulos de finanzas nivel intermedio.
  • Idiomas: Ingles nivel medio-avanzado lectura- escritura y comunicación fluida.
  • Uso de software: Microsoft office nivel medio-avanzado
