The Role
The Manager, Business Insights Mexico, will lead regional analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the Mexico region. Acting as a bridge between operational execution and strategic planning, this role ensures data-driven recommendations are implemented effectively, fosters collaboration, and promotes a culture of analytics excellence.

How You Would Contribute

  • Manage and deliver regional analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee and prioritize the delivery regional specific reports and ad hoc analysis to the Mexico region.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and data quality regionally and globally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide Specialists and Analysts (within the flex pool), providing technical and strategic direction.
  • Develop advanced data models and scenario analyses to support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Communicate findings clearly through presentations, visualizations, and storytelling tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between regional teams and global analytics functions.
  • Collaborate with the wider Business Insights Regional Partners and data and analytics team to develop and evolve dashboards in Power BI.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of Specialist.
  • Provide coaching and development to team members to enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications
Skills and Background required to be successful:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and/or leading teams in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Herbalife Marketing Plan and business model.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools (preferably Power BI) and familiarity of data manipulation languages (SQL, DAX, Python).
  • Expertise in data modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing automation.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across regions.

Education

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
