YOUR ROLE
- As Learning & Development trainer on our team:
In your daily job you will:
Ensure effective Talent Mgmt. process:
- a. Coordinate Organizational Talent Reviews with all leaders involved within the role scope, Employee Assessments (competencies, skills, 360, behaviors, motivation etc.) b. report talent metrics c. support leaders for development activities and career planning, continuously monitor talents and their development actions. d. Workday tools active usage
Ensure solid Performance Management process across the scope in line with corporate timeline:
- a. all level of employees & managers are aware and trained b. ensure completion rate on time c. coordinate Workday processes d. support calibration process for all levels e. Support Blue chips definition and communication
Provide high-quality internal and external Training & Development programs in line with defined Framework and IDP:
- a. Coordinate onboarding process is properly followed, plan and organize training and management development programs to support the organization's initiatives. b. Deliver internal and external training programs for employees. Implement and coordinate career development programs, mentoring and coaching programs for employees. c. Administer learning platforms and learning management systems d. Coordinate Graduate and Internship Programs
Continuous focus on Employee Engagement:
- a. Coordinate engagement systems deployment and usage by all level of managers and employees. Maintain action plans definition and implementation. b. Talent Management Communication & Marketing campaigns c. Skip level meetings organization Employee Engagement:
- Corporate Culture:
- Coordinate corporate culture promotion through cultural workshops and other relevant activities.
- Career management – support career architecture processes, skill matrices, career path. Communication and consultancy to all employees.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree terminated
- English level intermediate -advanced
- Experience in training (minimum 3-5 years)
