The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a development program designed for individuals with 0-3 years professional experience.

Who You'll Become 

SAP's Project Manager (PM) is a trusted contributor in the delivery of SAP software and services, working closely with project managers and delivery leads to ensure successful execution. You'll have direct experience in project coordination, financial forecasting, and backlog management, while tracking and communicating key project metrics to both SAP and customer stakeholders. You are a key player in driving operational excellence and supporting the seamless delivery of customer engagements. 

What You'll Do 

As a PM within the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will be responsible to:  

  • Successfully complete a 12-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your field team, that enhances your support in the APM role, a critical customer-facing function within our dynamic Customer Services & Delivery organization. 
  • Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.  
  • Enhance skills around our solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization. 
  • Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior APM professional in the field. You will have the opportunity to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers. 

The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP and the Customer Services & Delivery board area and give you the professional experience to be ready to serve our customers. We offer full-time employment from day one with practical learning application for your role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into a direct customer-facing APM role in your market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching support to accelerate your growth. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, Project Management, or related. 
  • 2–3 years of corporate work experience working with SAP Enterprise, Industry, Platform, and SaaS Solutions, with exposure to third-party and partner technologies. 
  • Fast learner with a strong foundation in SAP technologies, project coordination, and delivery support, including tracking, reporting, and process improvement. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or comparable tools) with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset and experience managing data-driven reporting. 
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; builds trust with stakeholders and adapts quickly to dynamic environments. 
  • Self-motivated team player who can also work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with a customer-centric approach.

The Academy partners with SAP Customer Services & Delivery to support customers in their digital transformation, driving adoption and effective use of SAP software through planning, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement.

The 12-month SAP Next Gen Academy for Services & Consulting offers classroom learning and role-focused rotations. It builds a strong foundation in consulting, project management, technical, and solution support to prepare you for success in Customer Services and delivery.

SAP's employees across different regions are enabled to do their best job with the right mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines and regulations. In general, our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. 

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending 2 weeks, in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities.  

During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program
