The HR Business Associate will be responsible for managing all the HR Operational duties focused on enhancing candidates-employees' experience and will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources for CBS team by collecting and analyzing HR data to inform business decisions. This position will develop and maintain HR metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management processes.

This position is temporary for 6-months.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end hiring, onboarding and termination processes.
• Support data integrity efforts by conducting regular audits and identifying areas of improvement.
• Maintain employees and organizational data accurate in HR systems.
• Collect, analyze, and report on various HR data including unplanned turnover, headcount, performance completion, exit surveys, climate surveys, etc.
• Interpret and communicate findings from data analyses to HR Business Partners in CBS.
• Assist in the evaluation of HR programs (i.e. YCMAD, Telework) and initiatives by measuring their impact, as well as managing all administrative tasks.
• Develop solutions and facilitate various HR activities to promote employees' engagement, communication, collaboration, etc. and address business needs.
• Bring external training options and coordinate the execution of implementing external curricula to enhance employees' skills.
• Develop a communication strategy to promote CBS value across stakeholders, as well as to prepare communication deliverables for internal programs (i.e. internal campaigns, C-P culture, telework, new working model, seasonal events, etc.) to nurture employee engagement and pride in the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related HR role.
• English advanced proficiency (written & spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Google sheets; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
