Where You Will Work
On Site- Planta AST 2, Tijuana

What You'll Do

  • Supporting the IT Organization in assuring the quality of IT standard processes and procedures.
  • Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Liaising with internal teams (e.g., IT system architects and Service Owners) to identify system requirements.
  • Working with operational teams to establish IT support processes, standards, systems, and procedures.
  • Investigating the causes of non-conforming IT operations and taking corrective actions.
  • Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing IT services to meet customer needs.
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

What Is Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management or related fields
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the IT area.
  • Advanced English: Spoken, Written & Reading.
  • Core tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Certifications in ITIL foundation and COBIT are a plus.
