Buscamos Product Designer.

¿Qué harás?

  • Diseñar experiencias de usuario end-to-end para productos digitales, desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega final.
  • Crear wireframes, prototipos interactivos y diseños de alta fidelidad utilizando herramientas como Figma, Sketch o Adobe XD.
  • Conducir sesiones de investigación con usuarios, pruebas de usabilidad y análisis de datos para informar decisiones de diseño.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, estrategia y cuentas para asegurar la viabilidad técnica y alineación con objetivos de negocio.
  • Desarrollar y mantener sistemas de diseño coherentes que escalen across múltiples productos y plataformas.
  • Presentar y defender propuestas de diseño ante stakeholders internos y clientes, articulando decisiones con fundamentos sólidos.
  • Participar activamente en sesiones de ideación, workshops y sprints de diseño.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias en UX/UI, design thinking y mejores prácticas de la industria.

Skills Requeridos.

  • 5 años de experiencia como Product Designer, UX/UI Designer o roles similares.
  • Herramientas de diseño: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experiencia en creación de prototipos interactivos (Figma, Principle, ProtoPie).
  • Inglés AVANZADO.
