Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for a Content Creator (Street & Social). The Content Creator will be responsible for generating creative social media content, capturing authentic and engaging street-style content, managing social media platforms, and developing content strategies to enhance brand visibility. The role involves creating relevant and impactful multimedia content, researching current trends, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.

We're looking for a one‑person creative studio, someone who can shoot, edit, and craft compelling stories. A creator who understands emotional truth and can bring vulnerability into content with respect and authenticity. Someone both imaginative and structured, with the ability to consistently transform ideas into meaningful, high‑quality work.

Requirements

  • English Proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience creating viral or high-impact content
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Own filming/editing equipment
  • Bonus: experience with interviews or documentary-style content
  • Comfortable working in public spaces and engaging strangers
  • Emotionally grounded and comfortable interacting with real-life emotional stories

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for bringing the Exist vibe to life through street-style storytelling and emotionally-driven social content.

Your work will include:

Content Creation

  • Create 2–3 Exist-branded pieces of content per day, including emotional-impact photo
  • Vertical short-form videos (street interviews, solo pieces, edits, etc.)
  • Plan and execute street-style shoots aligned with company's raw, vulnerable voice.
  • Edit videos for IG Reels, TikTok, and Threads.
  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and pitch a bi-weekly content calendar.
  • Maintain a pipeline of 2 weeks of deliverables at all times.
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.

Brand Stewardship

  • Translate company's emotional mission into shareable, relatable storytelling.
  • Create from the lens of users, people seeking connection, expression, and safety.
  • Collaborate directly with Alicia and the founding team on messaging and direction.

Community Engagement

  • Spend 20 minutes per day on the company's app reading journals and responding thoughtfully.
  • Engage with emotional intelligence and grounding, never preachy.

Street Activation

  • Print and distribute company's promotional assets.
  • Capture real-time moments during street activations and campaigns.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
