We are building a comprehensive ecosystem that will create multiple job opportunities and drive innovation in this space.As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly skilled **Content Creator** to lead our content strategy, increase brand awareness, and generate traffic across multiple platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of an emerging industry while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.**Responsibilities**- Create high-quality video content (both long-form and short-form) in **English** for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.- Develop and execute a daily content calendar across all social media platforms.- Host and produce **podcasts** featuring Print on Demand entrepreneurs and industry experts.- Oversee the **content creation department**, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.- Stay up to date with industry trends to create **engaging, data-driven, and educational content** that adds value to our audience.- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.- Work closely with the **marketing team** to align content with promotional campaigns and company goals.- Engage with the community through live sessions, Q&As, and interactive discussions.**Requirements**:- **Fluent in English with native accent (spoken and written).**:- **Proven experience in content creation** (video production, storytelling, editing, and social media strategy).- **At least 2 years of experience in a similar role**, ideally in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy.- **Experience in Print on Demand is preferred** but not required.- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and retain an audience.- Ability to manage multiple content formats and adapt to different social media algorithms.- **Basic video editing skills** or experience working with editors.- Experience with SEO, YouTube growth strategies, and performance analytics is a plus.- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.**Why Join Us?**- Be part of a **fast-growing SaaS company** with a strong vision for the future.- Lead the content creation efforts and **build a personal brand** in a thriving industry.- **Opportunities for career growth** as we expand our team and operations.- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.**How to Apply**We are looking for individuals who are passionate about content creation and ready to make an impact in a rapidly growing industry.
