We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies for building strong teams.
  • Understand the business and participate in product meetings.
  • Work with HR and managers on workforce planning.
  • Source and hire for various roles, especially in engineering and technician areas, using effective recruitment methods.
  • Conduct internal process; such as phone calls and interviews, to evaluate candidates and lead hiring teams in selecting the best talent.
  • Manage compensation discussions and maintain communication with partners about recruitment progress while ensuring compliance with regulations and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in TA, recruiting salary (professional) and executive positions.
  • Excellent English level (90%+)
  • Experience with Software and System position is a plus

Hours:

Monday to friday, 7am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time
