Requirements

Must to have experience:

4 - 6 YOE with:

  • Experience as a Security GRC Analyst, Systems Auditor, or roles focused on IT compliance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid command of frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, SOC 1 & 2.
  • Desirable Knowledge: Familiarity with privacy and control regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, COBIT, and NIST.
  • Soft Skills: High self-management capacity, results/deliverables-oriented focus, and excellent communication to interact with process owners and suppliers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under defined deliverables.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the HIPAA framework.

Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Risk Management: Responsible for the vendor assessment lifecycle, from sending technical questionnaires to reviewing responses and determining risk levels.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments on critical assets and business processes.
  • Execution of Security Controls: Manage and monitor critical controls, including User Access Reviews (UAR), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Change Control Management.
  • Continuous Auditing and Monitoring: Execute internal IT audits to ensure the operational effectiveness of controls and prepare the organization for external audits.
  • Proactive Mitigation: Early identification of potential audit findings and proposing remediation plans for operational risks before they impact the business.
