About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead market development and sales growth in Mexico. This role is responsible for expanding local channels, building long-term customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Mexico market.

2.Identify, develop, and manage distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.

3.Conduct customer visits, business negotiations, and contract discussions.

4.Manage the full sales cycle, including order follow-up, delivery coordination, and payment collection.

5.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide regular market feedback.

6.Coordinate with internal teams to support product promotion, sample testing, and project execution.

7.Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts in line with company requirements.

Qualifications

1.Proven experience in sales or business development.

2.
Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances is highly preferred.

3.Strong understanding of the local market and sales channels in Mexico.

4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

6.Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Compensation & Benefits

1.Base salary:
USD 1,500 – 2,500 per month
, depending on experience and performance.

2.Sales commission:
1% of actual sales revenue
.

3.Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.
