Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Paso, SIN, for a Senior Facilities Manager. The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the comprehensive management of facilities, ensuring proper maintenance, operations, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include planning and executing facility upgrades, supervising maintenance and engineering teams, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and optimizing resource allocation for efficient and sustainable facility operations. The role will also involve addressing emergencies, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely problem resolution to maintain an optimal workspace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Facility Management, Maintenance Operations, and Building Systems
- Proven skills in Budget Management, Vendor Coordination, and Resource Allocation
- Proficiency in Planning and Executing Facility Upgrades and Renovations
- Familiarity with Safety Protocols, Regulatory Compliance Standards, and Risk Assessment
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Competency in Problem Solving, Emergency Response, and Decision-Making
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with certifications like IFMA or BOMA being a plus
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a large-scale facility or infrastructure environment
