We are seeking a Project Assistant Administrator to support the Project Delivery Team with the deployment of Global Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Project Administrator in IT, they must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as having a general understanding of project delivery within a Global IT organization.

The Project Assistant Administrator will report to the IT Project Portfolio Manager.

Education & Experience
Project Coordinator – Key Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project administration, or other IT support roles

Core Skills

  • Must be a team player with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent written skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with MS Project and/or Smartsheet
  • Willingness to learn

Project Support & Administration

  • Assist the project manager with administrative duties and processes
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting minutes
  • Assist PMs with tracking PMO governance requirements ensuring all required documentation is completed
  • Maintain project status and provide regular reports highlighting risks/issues
