We are looking for a
Vendor Risk Manager
to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a
structured approach for decision making, drive process improvements
and
continuous improvement mindset
individual who understands how to develop and implement a comprehensive third-party risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation program, including strategy, roadmap, processes, work instructions, tools, software, reporting, policies, training, automation and metrics. Responsible for conducting risk analysis for all digital third-party vendors ecosystem, compliance scans, and testing, will enhance and maintain Third-Party risk profiles and mitigation plans for Aeromexico key Third-Party relationships.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Computer Science
    or
    Systems Engineering
    (required).
  • Master's degree
    in
    Security or IT-related field
    (desirable).

Experience:

  • Information security, risk management, and IT compliance.
  • Developing and executing
    information security and risk management programs
    .
  • Performing
    third-party risk assessments
    and
    compliance monitoring
    .
  • Managing audits, compliance testing, and due diligence with vendors.
  • Working cross-functionally with
    Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Internal Audit
    teams.

Skills to succeed:

  • Strong understanding of
    risk and compliance frameworks
    : ISO 27001, NIST 800-53/800-171, COBIT, ITIL.
  • Knowledge of
    regulatory standards
    : SOX, GDPR, LFPDPPP, PCI DSS.
  • Ability to
    analyze vendor ecosystems
    and identify high-risk digital environments.
  • Experience building
    policies, procedures, and training programs
    for compliance.
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Capability to
    translate technical risk findings
    into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong
    data analytics and reporting
    mindset for KPIs and metrics.
