Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Consultant in a 360 role. The consultant will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relations and closing hiring processes. Responsibilities include handling full-cycle recruiting, consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, and conducting interviews with prospective candidates. The role also involves providing strategic insights and guidance to both clients and candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates
  • Strong Consulting skills to assist clients in making informed talent acquisition decisions
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Experience conducting effective and structured Interviewing processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15, $25,000.00 per month
