Description
WTW is hiring an Analyst to join the Canadian Trade Management team, supporting our Delegated Investment Solutions (OCIO) business. Based in the Mexico City office, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational functions of trade management, including cash trading, cash management, and coordinating responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a foundational understanding of the finance industry, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to complete tasks. They will be expected to triage incoming requests, determine the appropriate course of action, and escalate when necessary. Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across North America, as well as completing documentation in English.

This is a hybrid position aligned to Eastern Standard Time and Canadian banking holidays.
The Role
- Support day-to-day trade management activities, including cash raise trading, cash management, and accurate trade capture.
- Assist with account opening processes and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Coordinate and triage incoming queries from managers and stakeholders, determining the appropriate point of contact or escalation.
- Support senior team members with portfolio transitions and onboarding of new assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Portfolio Management and Onboarding to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems to reflect current processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the Global Operations group and other internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving business needs and proactively seek clarification when required.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and project-related tasks.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment operations, trade support, or a similar role.
- Working understanding and interest in financial products and investment operations processes.
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle and key stakeholders in the trading cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and act independently to complete tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excel proficiency is essential.
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across North Americ and complete documentation accurately.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn the foundational tasks before taking on increasing responsibilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
