Sr. Trade Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support the Foreign Trade Manager and Team to ensure Compliance to Mexican**

**Import/Export Regulations as well as acting as guardian of Internal Operational Procedures.**
- **Conduct periodical audits to the operations to identify process deviation and improvements.**:

- **Monthly audits of the 5% of the operation to identify possible risk of compliance with**

**customs legislations.**
- **Ensure the report operations are complete and correct against authority databases.**:

- **Ensure that the record keeping for customs purposes is complete and available.**:

- **Conduct Customs Agents evaluations to rate their performance and ensure they meet**

**expected Compliance Levels**
- **Prepare the monthly documentation required to comply with the annex 24.**:

- **Ensure the support documentation of the preferential duty certificates is correctly stored.**:

- **Ensure the HTS codes and preferential duty treatment catalogues are updated.**:

- **Archive the HTS criteria determination.**:

- **Ensure that the Compliance risks and process deviations have a corrective action**

**implemented.**
- **Advice the impact of the modification in the regulations applicable to our operations.**:

- **Participate in the creation and implementation of good practices in operational and**

**administrative processes to increase their efficiency and quality.**
- **Participate and prepare training on operational and technical processes in foreign trade**

**matters.**
- **Provide information and documentation to solve the corresponding internal and external**

**audits and compliance processes.**
- **Participate in the development of the objectives and their action plans as well as comply**

**with them.**
- **Receive, safeguard and transform into Excel format the databases of the authority (Data**

**Stage).**
- **Support in the development of the operating procedures.**:

- **Update the contact directories of internal clients and suppliers.**:

- **Participate in the implementation of new systems.**:

- **Participate in the integration of new operations or business units.**:

- **Support the operational team when needed.**:
