The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst, a problem solver who works to quickly deliver innovative solutions to customer, lead change, and make organizations more efficient

1. The BDA gathers and analyzes company data to identify needs and recommend solutions, working across company's teams to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency.
2. Business analyst works with business to devise new or enhanced systems and work processes designed to reduce or eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs and strengthen business processes

Challenges:

• Fliud communication with systems stakeholders, superior listening and analysis skills to capture all requirements and comments.
• Organization to archive and manage a massive amount of documentation.
• Translate business needs into specifications and user stories clearly defined, to communicate to developers and validate end-result with user.

Responsibilities

Elicitation and Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.
• Analyze, streamline, and document "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.
• Translate vague business needs into clear, unambiguous, and testable functional and non-functional requirements.

Solution Design and Documentation:

• Write detailed Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Create visual models such as business process flowcharts, use case diagrams, and data flow diagrams to aid communication and understanding.
• Work with system architects and developers on solution design, ensuring it meets business needs.
• Assist in managing the requirements change process and assessing the impact of changes.

Project Communication and Coordination:

• Act as the primary communication channel between business units and the technical team, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Lead requirements review meetings, explain requirements to development and QA teams, and address related questions.
• Clearly explain complex technical concepts and solution constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Testing and Quality Assurance Support:

• Assist the QA team in developing test strategies and test cases, ensuring coverage of core business scenarios.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing, validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements, and obtain user sign-off.

Implementation and Post-Go-Live Support:

• Assist in preparing user training materials and potentially conduct end-user training.
• Provide initial support after solution launch and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management certificates (PM Book, Scrum, Agile, etc). Business Analyst ( IIBA)
• Experience in the automotive industry or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a BA.
• Budget management.
• Communication skills.
• Fluent English is a must.
