Title: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 3 months+ contract to hire
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who bridges business strategy and data execution. This person understands the business, can drive projects end-to-end, and partners closely with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytical solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into requirements
- Drive projects from concept through delivery — closing gaps and ensuring outcomes
- Define, refine, and prioritize analytics requirements and user stories
- Work with data and BI teams to shape datasets and reporting solutions
- Validate results, gather feedback, and iterate with stakeholders
- Recommend new reporting approaches, dashboards, and KPIs
- Support adoption and change management across business teams
What you bring
- Strong business acumen (finance, operations, product, or similar)
- Proven experience driving projects to completion
- Experience working with modern BI tools —
Qlik preferred - Tableau or Power BI is acceptable
if used at a serious developer level - Ability to work across technical and business teams
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or data modeling concepts
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or finance reporting (revenue, bookings, backlog)
