We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Coating Process Expert
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least
5 years of hands-on experience in offiline coating processes
. You will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting coating equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation, Implementation and Compliance with coating standards
  • Searching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on high efficiently, cost reduction and standards creation and implementation.
  • Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions)
  • Product and tools designee and analyse in case of process feasibility and risk management.
  • Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivity
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during offiline processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineering
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and process innovation
  • Creation of equipment technical specification.
  • Support in new projects development with reference to coating activities.
  • Manging of suppliers and customers communication with cooperation to program management.
  • Supporting to the plants in case of problem solving globally.
  • Cooperation with plant technical team and technical managers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree of material engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in coating.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management incl. project responsibility
  • Working knowledge of CAD software for checking and confirming feasibility for tools and products.
  • Communicative level of English
    (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work
    independently
    , reliably, and with a problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to
    travel
    based on project or internal customers' needs

  • Other finishing processes will be an advantage.
