Job DescriptionJob Description:RequestFluent EnglishFlexible to support during weekends or on-call support.Self-Driven and Motivated.Experience around 4-8 years minimum.Technical Expertise: ->Operating Systems: Proficiency in all or any Linux/Unix/Windows environments.Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.Database: Ability to write and debug SQL queries, understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, Sybase or PostgreSQL.Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics.Ticketing Systems: Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc.Willing to work under pressure: ->Experience of working in a global team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organization and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on-the-job.Self-motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight.Works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Experience in financial services is plus.Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.**Note: This position requires to go to the office, minimum 2 or 3 timesOffice is in Mexico City and people around there can be consider like Estado de Mexico or TolucaAbout Us**Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
