Mandatory Skill:
Flexcube

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 Production Support for
    Flexcube
    applications.
  • Respond to business queries and resolve issues within SLA.
  • Strong hands-on with
    PL/SQL
    and
    Unix
    for troubleshooting & operations support.
  • Perform monitoring using relevant tools including
    ITRS
    &
    Autosys
    .
  • Monitor tickets, identify issues proactively, escalate when needed, and ensure timely closure.
  • Resolve production issues efficiently to maintain system stability and continuity.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of
    Flexcube
    (Mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    PL/SQL
    ,
    Unix
    .
  • Experience with
    ITRS
    ,
    monitoring tools
    ,
    Autosys
    .
  • Ability to work in hybrid mode in
    Mexico City
    or
    Guadalajara
    .
