Role OverviewThe Senior Paid Media Specialist will manage multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive eCommerce growth. The role will strategically optimize a $3M annual marketing budget, analyze performance, lead testing initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results. A background in B2B marketing is required, and familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or water/wastewater sectors is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution
Lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and information flow.
Budget Management
Oversee and optimize a $3M annual marketing budget.
Ensure efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI across all channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
A/B Testing & Optimization
Lead A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Continuously refine campaigns to improve performance and conversion rates.
Cross-Channel Coordination
Ensure consistent messaging and targeting across channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to optimize assets for engagement.
B2B Marketing
Apply B2B marketing expertise to tailor campaigns for business-focused audiences.
Optimize for lead generation, nurturing, and customer acquisition.
Experience
5+ years managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, preferably for eCommerce clients.
Background in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Experience managing large marketing budgets (preferred).
Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or water/wastewater sectors (preferred).
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Expertise in A/B testing, optimization, and performance analytics.
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong execution focus.
Proactive, self-directed, and able to balance initiative with seeking direction when needed.

Clear communicator able to convey technical information effectively.
