What Makes This Role Exciting?Strategic Growth Platform: Lead a high-visibility operation that is a cornerstone of the company's international footprint and expansion in the Americas.Engineering Excellence: Work with highly engineered solenoid valves, pumps, and components used by the world's top Appliance, Beverage, and Industrial OEMs.Impact & Ownership: Full operational and P&L responsibility for all aspects of plant performance—from Safety and Quality to Production Transfers, Automation, and Process Industrialization.Investment-Driven Culture: Join a company committed to continuous improvement, Lean practices, and long-term investment in its Mexican operations and technology (including a planned SAP implementation). We Are Seeking a Hands-On & Strategic Leader Who Will:Drive Operational Performance: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring production goals and quality standards (ISO 9001/IATF are consistently exceeded.Spearhead Continuous Improvement: Implement and champion a culture of Lean Manufacturing, cost optimization, and waste reduction.Manage Growth: Successfully lead production transfers, operational ramp-ups, and key capital expenditure projects.Mentor and Develop: Oversee and mentor department leaders (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics), fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce (100+ employees). Qualifications That Will Set You Up for Success:Experience: Minimum 7+ years of progressive plant leadership experience (Plant Manager, Director of Operations, etc.) within a Maquiladora/IMMEX environment.Technical Acumen: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or Operations Management.Experience with manual and automated assembly is required.Experience with product transfer.Solid knowledge of P&L.Experience managing mid-scale capital-intensive manufacturing operations with employees.Knowledge of CNC Machining, Plastic Injection Molding, or Coil WindingOperational Expertise: Proven track record in production transfers and deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies.Bilingual & Bicultural: Must be fully fluent ( English and Spanish , verbal and written).Authorization: Must have a valid U.S. Visa.
