We are looking for a
Fullstack Net Developer
to work on hybrid mode from
MTY
for a multicultural project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.

Main Experience Required:

  1. At least 8 years of experience in
    .net/angular
    leading team, development and delivery using agile process
  2. At least 2 year of experience in AWS cloud with good understanding of EKS, CloudWatch, SQS, Glue, Document DB, Kubernetes etc.
  3. At least 4 years of working experience in Safe/Scrum Agile with extensive knowledge in Agile ceremonies
  4. Experience in managing Development KPIs and metrics for the project and ensuring successful defect free deployment
  5. Exposure to Incident, Change and Problem management process
  6. Extensive experience and knowledge in API Testing Tools like Post Man/Soap UI/Thunder client
  7. Ability to understand and collaborate effectively with DevOps/Cloud Architects and extensive experience in CI Platforms like Jenkins/Team city and CD platforms like Octopus.
  8. Build reusable frameworks and components as per the reference architecture.
  9. Working experience in SQL Server/AWS Aurora (Postgres SQL)
  10. Experience to technically lead and groom a team of developers who might be geographically distributed(onshore/nearshore/offshore).
  11. Guide team and educate them on best practices in design and implementation.
  12. Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure client delight.
  13. Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
  14. Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
  15. Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software\Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical and business product managers on solution design is a plus
  16. Broad knowledge of web standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.)
  17. Knowledge and experience on the best practice on Micro services.
  18. Ability to make technology decisions related to Microservices logging, exception handling
  19. Understanding of ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana), Couchbase and Cassandra DB
  20. Experience in Financial Services domain
  21. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development and cross-functional team collaboration.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. English 90%.
  2. Open to work on a Hybrid model from a secure location at Infosys Monterrey office (3 days per week from office)
