R&D .NET Developer at BairesDev

We are looking for an R&D .NET Developer to develop new commercial products from scratch and maintain existing ones, contributing to drive growth, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate must be highly self-driven to work in a distributed environment with strong Slack practices for coordination, as the team maintains a low volume of meetings. You must be willing to own complex processes, think about the big picture when developing required features, and be comfortable working with SQL databases.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new features and maintain existing ones by writing the required code to solve specific problems in the backend and databases.

  • Work on the technical definition of solutions alongside the Tech Lead and/or Software Architect.

  • Review and validate code from other team members.

  • Refactor existing processes to make them efficient and performant.

  • Analyze and refine technical requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT industry as a Software Engineer.

  • 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.

  • 3+ years of experience with data-intensive products handling high-volume data.

  • 3+ years of experience with SQL databases.

  • 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).

  • Experience with Angular is a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.
