Remote Sales Representative – Commission-Based (English Required) | Mexico

Lee's Moving Company is hiring motivated, English-fluent sales representatives based in Mexico to join our growing remote sales team. This is a high-energy, phone-based role designed for individuals who are confident on the phone, competitive and motivated by performance-based income. You'll work with inbound calls, warm online leads and outbound follow-ups, giving you multiple opportunities to earn and grow.

What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers requesting moving quotes
  • Follow up with warm leads and make outbound sales calls
  • Qualify prospects and close sales over the phone
  • Accurately log call notes, follow-ups and outcomes in our CRM
  • Use proven scripts while developing your own closing style
  • Maintain consistent daily activity (calls, talk time, follow-ups)
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Attend remote coaching and training sessions as scheduled

Compensation & Employment Type This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. During ramp-up, we provide a minimum guaranteed draw of MX$7,000 per month against commissions. Typical monthly earnings during ramp-up are MX$7,000 – MX$14,000; consistent performers earn MX$18,000 – MX$35,000+; top performers have no income cap.

Work Arrangement

  • Remote independent contractor
  • Must be based in Mexico
  • Contractors are responsible for their own local taxes
  • No paid holidays, paid vacation or employee benefits

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable making daily outbound sales calls
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Availability aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours

This role is not a good fit if you are looking for a fixed salary, are uncomfortable with cold calling, require employee benefits or prefer a slow-paced or highly structured environment.
