We typically address challenges such as medical debts, collections, and other negative records affecting our client's Credit Reports.**Sales Representative Overview**- **100% Remote, Full Time Role**:In this position you'll take 20-30 inbound calls daily working as a Sales Representative, providing customers with effective solutions to secure a daily goal of 3 sales.- **Empower Clients**: As a Credit Consultant you will be the expert - Aiding clients to uncover products and services they were unaware they desperately needed.- **Maintaining KPIs**: In the Sales Representative role, you'll be expected to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, collaborating with your team and working closely under the guidance of your coach.**Prerequisite**- **English Language Proficiency**: As we deal with clients all over the US, outstanding English verbal and written communication abilities are required- **Outstanding Sales and Negotiation Expertise**: You must be able to keep a positive attitude, high energy, and motivation during tough situations.- **Remote Workstation**: You will need to provide your own computer or laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM, a headset with a microphone, and a reliable high-speed (Wired) internet connection.- **Sales Background**: Previous experience in call center sales or similar fields is required.
