¿Qué harás como People Services Analyst en Sealed Air?

Como People Services Analyst en Sealed Air, serás responsable de brindar un servicio al cliente superior en soporte a colaboradores, líderes y miembros del equipo de HR Operations en la región de las Américas. Actuarás como un socio clave de los equipos Regional Shared Services y HRIS, gestionando de manera efectiva los procesos de datos en SuccessFactors y detectando oportunidades de mejora para avanzar hacia un modelo de servicio de clase mundial.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?
  • Recibir y procesar tickets relacionados con cambios de posición y datos en el sistema central de RH (SuccessFactors).
  • Brindar soporte y atención a consultas relacionadas con datos de RH y el uso de SuccessFactors, así como políticas y prácticas administrativas de RH.
  • Proporcionar soporte de nivel 1 y nivel 2 a colaboradores, managers y equipos internos de RH.
  • Ejecutar y dar soporte a pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT) para actualizaciones y mejoras del sistema.
  • Realizar auditorías de datos para garantizar la integridad y calidad de la información.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos.
  • Dar seguimiento a los flujos de trabajo para garantizar aprobaciones oportunas de cambios de datos de RH.
  • Colaborar con Regional Shared Services para establecer prácticas y procedimientos estandarizados de gestión de datos.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?
  • Dominio avanzado de SuccessFactors para gestión de datos y procesos de RH (a nivel super user).
  • Alto nivel de inglés escrito y hablado para interacción constante con equipos regionales.
  • Capacidad para identificar, analizar y resolver problemas de forma lógica y estructurada.
  • Alto nivel de atención al detalle en el manejo de información y datos sensibles.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel para análisis y control de datos.
  • Conocimiento de otros sistemas ERP y herramientas de Office 365.
