Buscamos un Key Account Manager

Funciones: Identificar clientes y necesidades potenciales, alta de productos en portales, manejo de TPI's, Activaciones de producto, Store check o scouting (visitas para ver a la competencia y ver nuestros productos). Experiencia en haber tenido negociaciones con Compradores.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Aumentar ventas mediante estrategias de sell-out.
  • Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, ventas cruzadas y upselling.
  • Negociar márgenes y promociones rentables.
  • Asegurar la operación: inventarios, entregas y reportes precisos.
  • Mantener una relación sólida con clientes clave (retención =95%).

Requisitos

  • Lic. en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios o afín.
  • +2 años de experiencia en ventas, cuentas clave o áreas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en Retail, preferentemente a clientes de cadena nacional como Liverpool, Sears, Palacio de Hierro, Walmart, Elektra, Coppel, Soriana, Chedraui, entre los principales. El candidato ideal debe tener al menos experiencia con dos de estos clientes.
  • Manejo de CRM y análisis de datos.
  • Habilidades en negociación, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Disponibilidad para viajar, con apoyo de gasolina y mantenimiento a auto.
