Summary
It manages human resources, social and continuous improvement projects. Promotes a disciplined operating culture and develops improvement strategies to support business objectives. Work transversally to plan, execute and maintain improvements in business processes.
Key Responsibilities And Main Activities
- Provide good internal and external customer service
- Adhere to the organization's objectives and values (including environmental goals and objectives).
- Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Laws, IMSS, Infonavit, Civil Protection, as well as the Internal Policies and Internal Regulations of the Company.
- Union negotiations and administration of wages and salaries, benefits and services to all employees.
- Promote Safety, Health and Hygiene at Work.
- Attends to matters related to the Corporate in cases that are required.
- Coordinates all motivational events in order to maintain a good work environment.
- Define the organization's HR goals
- Develop, approve, and implement organizational policies, programs, and campaigns.
- Interview, hiring and follow-up of Management, Administrative and Support.
- To be the ambassador of the company's identity, both for internal and external audiences:
- Gain influence, trust and credibility within the organization or company to cultivate cooperative working relationships between the different Managers and employees.
- Provide advice and training on HR policies, procedures, and practices:
- Participate in meetings with administrative staff, guide the various Managers of the company in HR matters.
- Supervise that the records, reports and other documentation pertinent to the area are kept.
- Supervise that the files are updated and that they are properly safeguarded to guarantee their confidentiality.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are subject to the goals of the organization and that they conform to the professional and legal standards of the department.
- Supervise that the profiles of each position are updated.
- Supervise that the company's directory and organizational chart are carried out.
- Map out actions to foster employee engagement and develop retention strategies:
- Establish programs and distribute communications that support the goals of the organization or company and reinforce a culture of cooperation, commitment and high performance, carrying out, for this purpose, annual surveys, internal events, recognition initiatives, orientation programs, among others.
- Supervisor of the hiring process:
- Develop effective strategies to process new hires and provide an induction to new employees.
- Manage an orientation and counseling program for new employees. Follow up on the recruitment process:
- Implement methods or procedures for the definition of strategies aimed at the development and attraction of human talent, in addition to ensuring that they meet the current and future needs of the company.
- Manage and recommend procedures for initiatives pertinent to student recruitment, as well as establish a strategy based on the needs of the area, organize visits to universities and recruitment events, such as job fairs.
- Be the contact with employment agencies and attend events to publicize the company or organization.
- Create and publish job postings.
- Follow up on complaints or claims, as well as the file of each employee:
- Oversee the process of resolving complaints or grievances.
- Prepare reports to reflect staff turnover, absences, among others.
- Track operational tasks, such as company anniversary
- Manage disciplinary actions, giving advice and recommendations in order to improve performance or execute the termination of the employment relationship.
- Follow up on staff exit interviews, implement strategies to ensure that the transition of employees is carried out in the best possible way within the company.
- Manage payroll and compensation or benefits processes:
- Manage benefit plans to ensure that they correspond to the awarding of recognition for good performance.
- Coordinate and manage claims or complaints for rest and guarantee, if applicable, the effective and timely application of a program for the reinstatement of the worker to his or her duties.
- Guarantee an adequate salary or remuneration per worker.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing processes relevant to payroll, while ensuring due compliance with applicable legislation.
- Negotiate the terms of collective agreements.
- Handle the financial aspects of HR operations, including effectively identifying cost reduction.
- Supervise the management of the occupational health and hygiene committee:
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
- Assess needs to identify the required training and how best to conduct it.
- Daily Chores
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the activities and actions of the HR department, in order to ensure compliance with the company's goals, objectives, and policies.
- Maintain positive working relationships with employees and authorities of the company or organization.
- Assist or guide the Managers of other departments in the interpretation and application of HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with the applicable legislation on the matter.
- Coordinate internal and external recruitment and training activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aimed at staff development, labor relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Analyze statistics to identify the circumstances that generate problems for personnel and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Metric tracking and improvement.
Experience/Skills
- A bachelor's degree in engineering Administration is required. / industrial or to end.
- A minimum of three (5) years of experience in a similar position is required
- Experience in human resource management.
- Knowledge/experience in the supply chain.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Knowledge of the QMS.
Verbal Skills
- Proficiency in English: both written and spoken.
- You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the organization.
- Ability to generate reports and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, and customers.
Math Skills
- Mathematical skills for efficiency calculations, consumption, response times, capacity, cycle times, financial calculation, etc.
- Mathematical skills for problem solving and information analysis.
Reasoning ability
- Deductive reasoning capacity.
- This position requires the ability to organize thoughts and priorities under considerable pressure.
- Must be able to reason and solve problems based on technical understanding of needs and procedures.
- Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions and address both abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally you may be required to spend extended periods sitting, reviewing documents in front of a monitor.
- Walking may be necessary to perform process-related tasks.
Level of authority
- Stop processes when detecting an unsafe act or condition.
- Stop processes when a quality issue is detected.
- Halt processes when internal standards are not met and shipments, quality, or product specifications are at risk.
- Stop processes when undocumented process deviations are detected.
