Job Summary

El Técnico de facilities (Proyectos) ubicado en Guadalajara Norte.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

  • Revisión de necesidades en piso de producción previo a alcances de proyectos electromecánicos (revisión de instalaciones actuales) con cliente (industrial)
  • Gestión y control de materiales y actividades a realizar en los diferentes proyectos electromecánicos
  • Ejecución de trabajos en instalaciones electromecánicas (suministros eléctricos, aire comprimido, vacío y nitrógeno) en conjunto con el proveedor de acuerdo con la ingeniería (alcances)
  • supervisión de trabajos en instalaciones de aire acondicionado y extracción en conjunto con el proveedor de acuerdo con la ingeniería (alcances)
  • Gestión de permisos de trabajo (trabajo crítico, trabajo de altura, Trabajo con energía eléctrica) en conjunto con proveedor, SSyMA y Facilities
  • Solicitud y administración de materiales para la ejecución de proyectos
  • Reporte de avances de las tareas programadas en tiempo y forma
  • Entrega de proyectos a las áreas involucradas de los proyectos ejecutados

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

  • Carrera técnica terminada en electricidad industrial, instalaciones industriales o a fin
  • Conocimiento en instalaciones industriales
  • Conocimiento en Instalaciones eléctricas de baja y media tensión
  • Conocimiento en Instalaciones mecánicas como son soldadura eléctrica, instalaciones en PVC y cobre.
  • Conocimiento de materiales electicos y mecánicos
  • Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
  • Conocimiento en paquetería Microsoft Office
  • Capacidad de manejar herramientas (manuales y eléctricas) y equipos especializados (equipos de elevación)
  • Capacidad de interpretar esquemas eléctricos (diagramas unifilares)
  • Capacidad de interpretar planos (lay Out
