We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Security Admin to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across our facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
  • Maintain network security configurations, compliance and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of network security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with multiple Infrastructure teams in the deployment and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.
  • Be the liaison between the Network Infrastructure and Enterprise Cyber Security teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with network switches, wireless, and firewalls.
  • Experience with network security principles and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco: CCST, CCNA, Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity; CompTIA: Network+ or Security+) are a plus.
  • Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Aruba ClearPass is a plus.
  • 2 years of network and network security experience.
  • Comfortable in speaking and writing in English, and communication and teamwork.
