Te encargarías de:
- Responder mensajes en plataformas de e-commerce y atender dudas sobre productos, pedidos y pagos.
- Gestionar devoluciones, cambios, garantías y casos postventa coordinando con almacén o servicio técnico.
- Brindar seguimiento a pedidos, rastreo, actualizaciones y resolver incidencias logísticas o retrasos.
- Manejar quejas con empatía y profesionalismo, asegurando una alta satisfacción del cliente.
- Registrar incidencias frecuentes (FAQ), reportar errores del sistema o problemas de producto.
- Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones, logística y almacén para mejorar procesos y experiencia del cliente.
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios o carrera afín.
- Experiencia comprobable de al menos 2 años gestionando cuentas de Mercado Libre y/o Amazon.
- Excelente comunicación escrita y capacidad para resolver problemas.
- Inglés avanzado(conversacional).
- Manejo de paquetería Office y CRM.
- Manejo de sistemas de gestión de pedidos o plataformas de e-commerce.
- Salario base competitivo + esquema de bonos por KPIs.
