Human Resources Intern

Job Responsibilities
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
* Support HR staff in maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
* Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, presentations, and reports.
* Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
* Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
* Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development and updates.
* Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
* Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in an office setting or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
