We are hiring a senior-level AI systems builder who can design, orchestrate, and deploy complex, multi-agent automations that actually run in production.

This is not a prompt engineering role.

This is not an experimentation or learning role.

This is not a single-agent or no-code-only position.

If you have not already:

• Built multi-agent systems
• Shipped voice agents used by real users
• Owned deployments that broke and were fixed under pressure

This role will not be a fit.

What We Are Building

We deploy production-grade AI agents that:

• Coordinate multiple agents with shared context and state
• Orchestrate decision-making across tools, data sources, and workflows
• Handle real-time voice conversations with reliability and fallback logic
• Integrate deeply with CRMs, internal systems, and client workflows

These systems touch revenue, operations, and customer experience.

They must work consistently, not "most of the time."

Who This Role Is For

You are a senior builder who:

• Thinks in systems, not single prompts
• Has designed agent-to-agent communication and orchestration
• Understands memory, state, routing, retries, and failure handling
• Can reason about latency, cost, reliability, and scale
• Is comfortable owning systems end-to-end without supervision
• Can clearly explain why something broke and what to do about it

You have already moved beyond tutorials, demos, and isolated proofs of concept.

Absolute Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

You must have personally:

• Built and deployed at least 2 production AI systems used by real users or businesses
• Designed multi-agent architectures (not just single agents with tools)
• Shipped voice AI agents that handle real conversations
• Owned deployment, monitoring, debugging, and post-launch fixes
• Supported a live system for 30+ days after launch

Core Responsibilities

1. Multi-Agent AI Systems

2. Architect and build elaborate agent ecosystems with:

3. Specialized agents (voice, reasoning, routing, data, execution)
4. Shared memory and state management
5. Predictable handoffs and decision logic
6. Combine existing agents and new agents into one cohesive automation

7. Design systems that remain stable as complexity increases

8. Voice AI (Mastery Required)

9. Build and deploy production voice agents using tools such as:

10. Twilio, ElevenLabs, Whisper, Deepgram, or equivalents
11. Design call flows, interruption handling, retries, and fallbacks
12. Manage transcription accuracy, response latency, and conversational reliability

13. Ensure voice agents behave consistently under real-world conditions

14. Automation & Orchestration

15. Orchestrate agents and workflows using:

16. n8n, Make, Zapier, and/or custom backends
17. Integrate CRMs, databases, APIs, and internal tools

18. Design workflows that scale without becoming brittle

19. Deployment & Ownership

20. Deploy systems into staging and production environments

21. Implement monitoring, logging, and error visibility
22. Document architecture, assumptions, and failure modes
23. Own outcomes, not just tickets

Required Technical Background

You should be strong in most of the following:

• OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
• Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, custom agent architectures)
• Multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Voice AI pipelines (TTS, STT, call handling)
• Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations
• Deployment environments (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Docker, etc.)

Strong Advantages

• AI agents for sales, lead qualification, or customer support
• CRM-heavy automation environments
• Custom web app or backend development
• Monitoring, logging, and reliability engineering
• Experience balancing accuracy vs latency vs cost in production
