Estamos buscando Coordinador de Recursos Humanos para unirte a nuestro equipo
En SICSA buscamos talento con pasión por el reclutamiento operativo y social, capaz de gestionar procesos de atracción y selección, garantizando la incorporación de los perfiles adecuados que impulsen nuestra operación.
¿Qué harás?
Identificar y gestionar vacantes operativas mediante visitas a comunidades, ferias de empleo y redes sociales.
Coordinar procesos de selección, entrevistas y referencias laborales.
Gestionar ingresos de nuevo personal asegurando alineación a procesos de cliente.
Elaborar reportes de seguimiento de colaboradores y métricos de rotación, tiempos de contratación y retención.
Atender dudas de colaboradores en nómina, vacaciones, incapacidades y apoyos.
Apoyar actividades administrativas y de comunicación interna en comedores asignados.
Perfil deseado:
* Pasante o Licenciatura en Psicología Organizacional, Pedagogía, Administración o afín.
* Experiencia mínima de 1 año en reclutamiento operativo o comedores industriales.
* Habilidad para gestionar procesos de selección desde el primer contacto hasta la contratación.
* Uso de Teams y paquete Microsoft Office.
*Indispensable contar con licencia de manejo (prestacion de vehiculo standar)
Lugar de trabajo: Garcia N.L.
Tiempo completo, con disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente (1 vez cada 6 meses).
