About the Role

As part of the Administration department at System Norte America, you will play a key role in driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency and establish yourself as a trusted point of reference for cost control, budgeting, and compliance across the organization.

You will contribute to the strategic and day-to-day financial management of the branch, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and supporting decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.

About You

You are a Controller with 3 to 5 years of experience with knowledge in accounting and internal controls.

In this role you are responsible for:

  • Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and accounting adjustments to maintain profitability.
  • Prepare and monitor the legal entity annual budget, with periodic financial projections to ensure economic viability.
  • Ensure accurate accounting records in line with corporate policies. Prepare monthly financial reports with precise and relevant information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources, aligning financial strategy with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax policies, and external/internal audits, maintaining transparency and integrity in financial processes.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related field
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability on working with objectives
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
