Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads y TikTok Ads.

  • Realizar optimizaciones periódicas basadas en KPIs clave y objetivos de rendimiento.

  • Monitorear métricas como CPL, CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS y CPM para tomar decisiones informadas.

  • Construir y mantener estructuras de campañas: naming, segmentación, budget pacing y organización por objetivos.

  • Proponer hipótesis creativas y mejoras de segmentación para mejorar el performance.

  • Implementar pruebas A/B de anuncios, copys, creatividades y audiencias.

  • Gestionar presupuestos diarios, semanales y mensuales, asegurando un uso eficiente del gasto publicitario.

  • Analizar resultados y generar reportes con insights accionables y conclusiones de rendimiento.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Diseño para solicitar y ajustar piezas creativas.

  • Generar UTMs, asegurar la correcta configuración del tracking y mantener orden en la nomenclatura de campañas.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con Brand & Campaign Strategist para desarrollar y ejecutar activaciones de alto impacto.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios (carreras afines):

    • Mercadotecnia, Publicidad, Marketing Digital, Comunicación Social con enfoque comercial, Negocios digitales o perfiles relacionados con marketing y publicidad.

  • Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos:

    • Experiencia operando campañas en Google Ads y Meta Ads.

    • Dominio de métricas de performance: CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CVR.

    • Conocimiento en creación de audiencias, segmentaciones y estructuras de campaña.

    • Experiencia en A/B testing de anuncios, copys y audiencias.

    • Habilidad para interpretar datos, extraer insights y proponer mejoras.

    • Seguimiento y administración de presupuestos publicitarios.

    • Uso de plataformas de analítica como Google Analytics, Tag Manager o Looker Studio.

    • Conocimientos en UTMs, automatizaciones básicas y configuración de tracking.

    • Integración con CRM y manejo de herramientas colaborativas (Slack, Notion, Drive).

  • Habilidades y competencias:

    • Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resultados.

    • Capacidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones informadas.

    • Orden, seguimiento constante y atención al detalle.

    • Comunicación clara y efectiva con áreas cruzadas.

    • Criterio para detectar oportunidades de optimización.

    • Disposición para aprender y mantenerse actualizado en tendencias digitales.

    • Proactividad, autonomía y actitud colaborativa con Diseño, Marca y Growth.
