Supplier Quality Tooling Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier tooling operations, including die-cast, metal stamping, and plastic injection molds — from design participation to repairs and new acquisitions.
  • Drive the tooling-at-suppliers program by collecting and analyzing maintenance data, reporting results, and ensuring strong collaboration with suppliers.
  • Propose, justify, and secure funding for tooling repairs, refurbishments, and replacements.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and accelerate mold/tooling repair timelines.
  • Develop and control capital and expense budgets for supplier tooling.
  • Monitor supplier production tooling performance to prevent downtime, improve quality, and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality or supplier quality role.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • No travel restrictions.
