As an Production Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine cost-effective operational processes.
- Innovate and enhance operational management systems and best practices.
- Oversee procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards across all processes.
- Develop and execute strategic and operational goals.
- Analyze financial data to boost profitability.
- Manage and optimize budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform quality control and monitor key production metrics.
- Strategize to elevate customer service quality.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
- Proficiency in conversational English. (Advanced)
