En Tiendas 3B, estamos buscando un Analista Sr. Customer Insights para la generación de información estratégica que impulse decisiones clave.

¿Qué harás?

  • Analizar datos internos y externos para entender clientes y mercado.
  • Implementar plataformas de escucha social y comunidad digital.
  • Diseñar dashboards y reportes con herramientas como Tableau o Power BI.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Marketing, Producto y Operaciones.

Perfil:

  • Licenciatura concluida en Ciencia de Datos, Estadística, Análisis de Negocios, Economía o áreas relacionadas.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en retail, e-commerce o investigación de mercado.
  • Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado.
