Job Title:

Digital Advertising Specialist 

Location:

Remote – working US Central Standard Time (CST) hours 

Salary Budget:

$1,500-$2,500 USD/month (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Start Date:

January 2026 (can begin onboarding earlier if the right candidate is found)

About the Role:

This role requires someone who is AI-native, analytical, strategic, and comfortable testing new ideas. You'll work closely with our President, VP of Operations, and internal marketing team, but you will be the primary owner of digital ads performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Paid Search & Paid Media Execution
Develop and manage campaigns across Google PPC, Local Services Ads (LSA), and other platforms.Build and optimize search campaigns based on home-service buyer intent, seasonal patterns, and localized service offerings.Reduce Cost-per-Lead and Cost-per-Booked-Job while increasing high-quality lead volume.Create and test AI-enhanced ad copy, landing pages, headlines, and visual assets.

  1. SEO & Website Performance
Conduct keyword research for plumbing, sewer, septic, and emergency services.Optimize website pages, landing pages, and content to drive improved rankings and conversions.Recommend and help implement website improvements (user experience, speed, structure).Monitor analytics, heatmaps, and performance dashboards.

  1. AI-Driven Marketing Strategy
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, automations) to:
Create new ad tests and rapid iteration cycles.Build new marketing playbooks and optimization workflows.Automate reporting and insight generation.Understand how AI is transforming search-based lead generation and implement strategies that leverage these advancements for competitive advantage.

  1. Reporting & Data Ownership
Build weekly and monthly dashboards reporting on:
Spend, CPC, CPL, CTRBooked Jobs, Revenue per LeadLead channel attributionProvide strategic insights and clear recommendations for improvement.Work closely with ServiceTitan to ensure proper lead attribution and tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience managing PPC/LSA/SEO for residential home-service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration strongly preferred).Deep knowledge of Google Ads, LSA optimization, and SEO fundamentals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.Experience with ServiceTitan, CallRail, HubSpot, or similar systems is a major advantage.Proficient with AI tools, automations, and AI-enhanced marketing workflows.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
