This Position reports to:
HR Business Partner
Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: on site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Conduct process mapping of key Human Resources functions (recruitment, training, payroll, personnel administration, etc.).
- Document procedures and prepare manuals and flowcharts.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose process standardization initiatives.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (automation, digitalization, performance indicators).
- Assist in the design and monitoring of HR KPIs.
- Provide support to the HR team on special organizational transformation projects.
Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)
- Active student in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong interest in processes, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and a team player
