Ingredion is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative
Corporate Strategy Analyst
to support strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth across the enterprise. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and global strategy teams, with opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects and develop leadership-ready insights.

As a
Corporate Strategy Analyst
, you will work closely with the Corporate Strategy team, Segment Strategy teams, and senior leadership to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including Play to Win Charters and global segment growth strategies.

This role reports to the Corporate Strategy Manager and operates in a hybrid work model.

What Will You Do

• Support strategy development through data gathering, analysis, and presentation creation.
• Conduct market and competitive research using internal and external data sources.
• Maintain and update competitive intelligence and industry monitoring tools.
• Assist in preparing materials for global strategic planning in collaboration with Corporate Finance.
• Synthesize and communicate industry and competitor insights to inform decision-making.
• Create leadership-ready presentations and reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practice sharing across the global strategy community.

What You Will Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (engineering or technical backgrounds also considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the US.
