Objetivo
Liderar el ciclo de planeación y reporteo financiero, incluyendo pronósticos continuos, planes anuales y planeación estratégica, asegurando la generación de reportes financieros precisos, completos y oportunos.
Actividades Principales
- Liderar el ciclo de planeación y reporteo financiero, incluyendo pronósticos continuos (Rolling Forecasts), planes anuales y planeación estratégica.
- Asegurar la elaboración de reportes financieros precisos, completos y oportunos.
- Realizar análisis de variaciones y de desempeño para respaldar la toma de decisiones de la gerencia.
- Desarrollar y mantener reportes gerenciales, así como análisis de rentabilidad.
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el área de Finanzas y con los principales stakeholders del negocio en múltiples mercados.
Requisitos
- De 2 a 3 años de experiencia relevante en FP&A, Controlling o Análisis Financiero.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de pensamiento crítico.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Fuerte entendimiento de procesos financieros y reporteo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal.
- Alto nivel de organización, estructura y proactividad.
- Actitud positiva, orientada a la colaboración y a la resolución de problemas.
- Pasión por la industria de la cerveza artesanal y la cultura cervecera.
