About the role:
As our Inbound Marketing Specialist (Technical Focus) at GBS Group, you'll drive client acquisition by developing and optimizing inbound marketing campaigns and our digital presence. Your primary goal is to grow our client base using your expertise in HubSpot, content marketing, SEO, lead nurturing, landing page optimization, CSS, WordPress/Elementor, and basic marketing programming. This role blends strategy, content creation, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Content: Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies. Create and optimize content (lead magnets like eBooks/guides/webinars, blogs, CTAs), applying SEO best practices to attract and guide prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with designers and editors to produce compelling marketing materials.
- HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot to its fullest: manage CRM, implement list/database segmentation, and automate lead nurturing workflows for sales cycle efficiency.
- Web & Technical Execution: Develop, test, and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels using WordPress/Elementor. Apply basic CSS, HTML, and light JavaScript for customization. Implement and manage marketing tracking scripts (Google Analytics, tracking pixels).
- Analytics & Optimization: Analyze marketing data and campaign results (HubSpot, Google Analytics) to report on KPIs and shape future strategies.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the sales team for lead alignment and process improvement. Stay updated on the latest trends in inbound marketing, HubSpot, SEO, and technical marketing. Optionally, manage chatbot marketing (e.g., ManyChat) for engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar inbound or digital marketing role with a track record in lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- HubSpot Expertise: Strong proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM), including list segmentation, workflows, email, landing pages, and reporting. Certifications highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrable experience with WordPress/Elementor, HTML, and CSS for web/email customization. Familiarity with implementing tracking scripts and using light JavaScript for marketing.
- Inbound & SEO Acumen: Solid understanding of inbound marketing principles, content marketing, comprehensive SEO best practices, lead generation, and sales funnels. Experience with lead nurturing campaigns.
- Analytical & Communication: Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (Google Analytics, HubSpot Reports). Advanced English with strong written/verbal communication.
- Experience with chatbot marketing tools (e.g., ManyChat) is a plus.
