The role

The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by engaging with inbound leads and qualifying prospects. This full-time position is
based in Mexico City
, operating with our North American client base.

The SDR will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities and support overall business growth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact revenue generation and customer acquisition. You will develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and market positioning to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

The annual on target earnings (USD) are as follows:

Year 1: $25k OTE (SDR)

Year 2: $50k OTE (Account Executive)

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and engage a high-quality pipeline of inbound leads monthly
  • Qualify warm inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Director team
  • Handle inbound inquiries and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Participate in regular sales training, coaching, and mentorship programs
  • Provide feedback on market trends and common objections
  • Support sales campaigns and growth initiatives alongside senior sales professionals

  • Motivated individual eager to learn and grow in a sales career
  • Ambitious with a goal to progress to Account Executive after first year
  • Some sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Interest in startup or tech sectors and business growth dynamics
  • Excellent organisational skills and goal-oriented mindset
